Probate Administration

Updated: Jun 15

Probate Administration

When I represent my Probate Administration clients, my main focus is to help assist them to navigate the court process. My first step in the process is to meet with the family and discuss who is delegated or wants to serve as the Personal Representative for the Estate.

Then we work together to get the initial court filings into the Judge, and await the Letters Testamentary and Order.

Usually we schedule weekly meetings to update each other on progress and goals ahead. We pay taxes, expenses and fees and then disburse the estate according to the Will or the laws of intestacy (depending of there was a Will or not).

The process is not simple, and dealing with the court paperwork can be a complex process. You do not have to go through Probate alone.

If you have a loved one who recently passed away, and would like a free 30 minute phone consultation to see if I would be interested in taking on a Probate Administration case, then give me a call.
